Course Details

This course looks at the grievance procedure and the relevant regulation surrounding this topic and aims to help learners understand how to manage a grievance process in accordance with the ACAS Code of Practice.

The course also contains an assessment to test learners' understanding, with a requirement of 80% to pass.

Objectives
