Disciplinary Procedure

Course Details

• This course takes looks at disciplinary policy and relevant regulations.
• You will be presented with a coursebook followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

• Reference the appropriate steps included in the ACAS Code of Practice.
• Determine what appropriate sanctions should be applied to different situations.
• Understand the purpose of an effective disciplinary policy.
• Know how to implement a disciplinary process.
• Understand the importance of following a fair process.
