• Your responsibilities with regards to  subject access requests (SARs).
• The rights of data subjects.
• How to handle identification of requestors.
• Who can and cannot make SARs.
• How to think about redaction and when it is appropriate.
• Where to look for further advice and support.
• It also includes a multiple-choice examination.
